Materials Delivery in Ajax
Mulch, gravel, topsoil and decorative stone, tipped where you want it. Contractor volumes available. Serving Ajax and surrounding areas, seven days a week from 7am.

- Based on Weston Road in York
Ajax sits in Durham Region, and crews reach Pickering Village, Westney Heights, Central Ajax and the streets around them on the regular route. Most of Ajax is subdivision housing from the last four decades, which makes it straightforward to work in. Drives are wide, garages are attached, and a twenty yard bin fits nearly everywhere without a permit or a street placement.
When Ajax customers call
Mulch loses colour and breaks down through a season. A fresh two-inch layer in spring holds moisture and keeps weeds down.
Thin or compacted ground needs screened triple mix rather than more seed. Two inches worked in changes the result.
Twenty bags of mulch is roughly one yard. Anything past a small bed is cheaper and faster tipped loose.
Crushed stone and limestone screenings form the base under interlock and asphalt, and the depth decides how long it lasts.

How a job runs
1
Tell us the product and the volume
Give us bed measurements or square footage and we convert it to yards, so the order is not a guess.
2
Pick a delivery day
Deliveries run seven days a week. You get a window, and you need not be on site if the tip spot is clear.
3
We tip it where you want it
The driver places the pile on the driveway, at the kerb, or in the back where access allows, so it is not moved twice.

Ajax questions
Distance is one of the things that goes into the quote, along with volume and access, and you are told the number before anything is booked. Ajax is on the regular eastern route rather than a special trip, which keeps that part of it modest.
Usually a ten or fourteen yard bin. The Village predates the subdivisions around it, so the lots are narrower and the trees are mature enough to limit how high the truck can lift. Mention the street when you book and send a photo.
Yes. Whole-property clearances are booked as a single visit with a larger crew and take most of a day. They are worth booking about a week ahead, especially where the date is tied to a closing, because they occupy a crew for the day.
